Billy Strings

Billy Strings plays hard and he lives hard, picking so fast and intensely that he's known to break multiple strings per song, and basing the songs he writes on the hard lives he grew up around in the abandoned rural communities of America. His new album, Turmoil & Tinfoil, taps into a deep vein of psychedelia in Americana, referencing everything from the Dead to Sturgill Simpson, but all underlain by Billy's undeniable virtuosity and his knowledge of the roots of American music.

GASS

GASS is a gospel-singing group of four friends who sing and play to share Jesus through music. They met as members of a church worship team and in 2015 had the opportunity to take their talent on the road. Gospel songs comprise most of the repertoire, along with an occasional secular song. Styles include southern gospel, contemporary worship, country and rockabilly.

Crary, Evans, and Barnick

It was 2017 when the paths of CRARY, EVANS & BARNICK intersected; the result was an acoustic power-trio that can only be described as must-hear, must-see. Dan Crary, one of the founding fathers of Bluegrass guitar flatpicking, is a familiar favorite of generations of Walnut Valley fans. He is joined by Bill Evans, one of the most celebrated virtuosos in the history of the banjo, and their soulful-singing partner and bass man, Wally Barnick.

Balsam Range

Balsam Range is; Buddy Melton (fiddle, lead and tenor vocals), Darren Nicholson (mandolin, octave mandolin, lead vocals, baritone and low tenor vocals), Dr. Marc Pruett (banjo), Tim Surrett (bass, dobro, baritone and lead vocals), and Caleb Smith (guitar, lead & baritone vocals). The five original members are all acoustic musicians and singers from western North Carolina. They thoughtfully and respectfully adopted the name of a majestic range of mountains that surround part of their home county of Haywood, NC where the Great Smoky Mountains meet the Blue Ridge, the Great Balsam Range.
