This band comes from Richmond, Virginia (although the washboard player is from Springfield, Missouri). The fiddle player had yet to arrive when I made my stop. They dedicated the song to Edna B. Tatum whose cooler they picked up after everyone had left at a concert in Virginia. They plan to stop by some time and suprise her with her cooler. The band's bus can be seen behind them in the photo above.
